Striker Allan Wanga has made a return to the Kenyan premier league re-joining his boyhood club Tusker where it all started.
The 30-year-old, whose immediate former club is Azam, joins the brewers on a free transfer being among the six new players at the Ruaraka based club.
Others are John Musikhu, George Mandela, Hashim Sempala, Brian Luta and Robert Omunuk.
However, AFC Leopards winger Clifton Miheso has joined South African side, Golden Arrows.
Miheso joined Ingwe at the start of the year on a six-month deal and has moved down south after his contract with the club expired. He joins two other Kenyans in South Africa, Ali Abondo who plays for Ajax Cape Town and Brian Mandela who turns out for Maritzburg United.
The Kenyan international began his career with Thika United before moving to Sofapaka in 2014. A good showing there resulted in a move to Finland club Vaasan Paloseura where he signed a one-year deal after three months on trial.
He will now team up with other new Arrows signings in Danny Phiri, Lerato Lamola, Limbikani Mzava, Vuyani Ntanga, Lehlohonolo Nonyane, Lee Langeveldt and Wayne Jooste ahead of next season.
At the same time, Sofapaka were the most affected team in the June transfer window losing a massive 23 players and recruiting 22 others to replace them.
The Batoto Ba Mungu are undergoing lean financial times and have been struggling to hold.
