Family Bank, Kenya’s fastest growing bank, and Simba Corporation Ltd have crafted an asset financing deal targeting small and medium size entities and individuals for the various suite of products under the Simba Corporation portfolio which include commercial and passenger vehicles, tractors and generators.
The partnership will see SMEs and individuals access up to 95% financing from Family Bank. Schools will also be eligible for up to 100% financing and a free 6kVA generator with each bus purchase.
“Our customers will also have an all-encompassing asset purchase solution including flexible repayment period, free vehicle tracking from Africa Fleet Management Solutions – a subsidiary of Simba Corporation and free comprehensive insurance for the first year of ownership with the purchase of commercial and/or passenger vehicles’’, observed Family Bank Retail Director – Mr. David Thuku.

Simba Corp’s Motors business best known for its Mitsubishi passenger cars, FUSO trucks and buses provides a full range of transport solutions which include a variety of world-class brands within its portfolio.
Through this strategic alliance, the Company will make it easier and more affordable for its own and Family Bank’s clientele to purchase vehicles, tractors, and power generators with in-built tracking devices and fuel management systems.
This partnership is the latest in a series of collaborations that Simba Corporation has entered into in a bid to bolster its position in the market. Simba Corp. recently announced its partnership with Vivo Energy Kenya, the sole distributor and marketer of Shell-branded fuels and lubricants in a deal that will enable Vivo Energy to access tailor-made vehicle leasing solutions from Simba Corp.
