Lugari Muslim worshippers run for their life after a woman alleged to be engaged in voodoo acts entered the mosque.

PANDEMONIUM broke out in a mosque in Lugari when a woman alleged to be engaged in witchcraft showed up demanding to be allowed to worship amongst others.

The woman who caught press attention early this year when witchcraft paraphernalia which included a dried lifeless body of a child and a long list of people’s names she had allegedly eliminated arrived without notice at the Jamia Mosque causing panic and fear among worshippers.

Shocked women and men fled the site abandoning the already progressing prayers. This was reportedly her first time to appear in public since her activities were unearthed by a professed man of God in the months of February last year.  

The woman who is alleged to have vanished from her Mapengo home, Koromaiti sub location said she had turned up to repent and offer her apologies to all she had wronged.

According the mosque’s imam Shaft Juma their existed a set of regulations to be performed before the woman is allowed to worship with the rest.
