The leadership of the county government of Nandi led by the Governor Stephen Sang and his deputy Dr Yulita Cheruiyot along with MCA’s have demanded for the immediate reinstatement of Kenyatta National Hospital Chief executive officer Mrs Lily Koros who was sent on a compulsory leave by the health CS Cecily Kariuki.
Addressing women at Kapsabet sports office grounds during the commemoration of the world international womens day, the Duo condemned the act terming it as done by cartels thus requested the ministry of health through the CS to quickly reinstate the Boss.
Governor Sang cited that the reason for sacking is because of cartels driven by men using awoman cabinet minister to sack awoman.
He asked Hon Kariuki to not allow herself to be used by cartels driven by unscrupulous men to become an enemy of her fellow women serving together in different ministries.
The governor said it appears in the country that if aleader is not careful might be an enemy of oneself through such serious issues as seen sorrounding the Kenyatta National Hospital.
He lauded the historical efforts made by the CEO and was a major achievement to have awoman thus demands reinstatement of the lady.
