The hot United subjected Division One league side Comply FC to a similar beating in another match played at the same venue.
New signing midfielder Ramadhan ‘Toure’ Mwalimu was a thorn in Comply’s flesh. He demolished them by netting three goals in the first half before Dennis Lugalia hit the last nail on Comply’s coffin with the fourth goal five minutes to the end of the match.
Another NSL side St Joseph was not spared either. United rolled over them by 2-0 in a thrilling encounter at the same venue.

They scored their goals through Okulo and Johnson Muyesu in both half.
The team used the matches as build up ahead of their first NSL match at home with relegated side KCB FC on March 19th.
United will be playing their home matches at Mumias Sports Complex of Kakamega County due to unavailability of a stadium in the county.
FKF have ruled that all NSL matches will be played in a stadium that meets Fifa requirements.
Kakamega’s Bukhungu Stadium which would have been the nearest option for United is under renovation until next year.
Manoah said he was happy with the performance of his players adding that he used the buildup matches to gauge his seven newly signed players.
“The team played well. I have identified areas where I need to work on before the NSL starts,” said the former AFC Leopards coach.
He added that the NSL was a very tough championship adding that his team was up to the task.
“I have confidence in my team. They are well prepared for the league and I will not be surprised if we end up being giant killers,” he added.
Manoah added that teams that will underrate United will be in for a rude shock.
He added that he understands most of the teams in the NSL as he has seen them play in defunct FKF Premier League adding that he was not scared on any opponent.
He called on United supporters to turn up in large numbers and rally behind the team during their home and away matches.
The coach noted that fans were instrumental to the team’s sterling performance in the then Super League and they should do the same now the team has climbed the ladder.
