Collins Injera, the leading try scorer in rugby sevens has been nominated for the World Rugby greatest moments challenge.
Injera eclipsed Santiago Gomez Cora’s record of 230 tries as the Mwamba RFC speedster is among the 10 greatest moments nominated by the World Rugby on their social media platforms, from which the best will be voted for by the fans.
However, to make Injera emerge victorious Kenyans, including politicians, have taken to social media to vote for him.

The games’ greatest moments will be showcased in a permanent home for the first time later this year when the World Rugby Hall of Fame opens its doors to the public, this is according to World Rugby.
The museum based in Rugby, the birthplace of the sport, will feature some of the sport’s defining moments which are helped being selected by fans across the globe.
