CORD Leader Raila Odinga has called upon aspiring ODM candidates all over the state to  give ample time to seating leaders to deliver on their mandate.

Raila cautioned all ODM hopefuls to shun intimidating elected leaders but instead pave way for them to work and finish their terms.

He called for cooperation amongst elected and aspirants in order to create harmony and enhance development.

“We know aspirants are there and of course some of you are so good but kindly let us give the present leaders a platform to work without headache, this issue of belittling leaders will not take us anywhere, we need to work together as ODM family”  said Odinga.

The Opposition leader condemned an incident where Matayos Mp Godfrey Odanga was heckled by youth who were chanting anti- Odanga songs.

The youth apparently had been hired by an Mp aspirant to cause mayhem and belittle Odanga before his party leader Odinga.

In a forum attended by senators, Johston Muthama, James Orengo, Mp’s Aisha Jumwa, Gladys Wanga, Junnet Mohammed, Tj Kajwang, Florence Wainga and Godfrey Odanga, the  opposition leader asked all ODM rebels to express their grievances through relevant  channels instead of using the Media.
