The Greater Rift Valley Conference (GRVC) Youth Ministry Director Paster Peter Kamau Githinji has called upon the church leaders across the country to exercise effective leadership by leading as an example to the Christ’s followers.
Speaking during a two day church workers Seminar at Namgoi SDA church, where he ordained the newly elected church elders and Deacons, Githinji cited that the church leaders are strong pillars to the growth of the church.
The Youth Director urged church leaders to serve in their capacities irrespective of their knowledge because God prepares and equips those he calls and that a leader needs only 12% knowledge, the 88% should be invested in knowing how to deal with church members. “We want leaders who lead by example, exercise good relationship norms and attain high goals in their leadership,” he insisted.
