The North Rift Economic Bloc (NOREB) in partnership with the Kerio Valley Development Authority (KVDA) have distributed over three thousand face masks to the business community in Kapsabet and installed a water booth in Kapsabet market to aid in tackling the spread of the Coronavirus.
North Rift Economic Bloc chief executive officer Dr Dominic Biwott while speaking to the business community after the installation of the water booth at the Kapsabet market, urged residents to strictly adhere to the Ministry of Health directives for their safety. Biwott who is the former deputy governor of Nandi asked residents to clean their hands always by washing with soap and water to keep them.
The Bloc distributed masks to the business community in Kapsabet town even as the number of Covid-19 infections steadily increases.
