Kimilili MP Didmus Barasa has rubbished claims that he is set to ditch Deputy President William Ruto’s United Democratic Alliance (UDA) for the ruling Jubilee party.
Addressing his constituents in Khwiroro Village in Kibingei Ward, Barasa said that he indeed had a talk with the Jubilee party members but he has not declared to have moved from the United Democratic Party(UDA) terming it as propaganda.

The Kimilili legislator said that he is still strongly behind Ruto and that he is determined to see him take over the government come 9th of August 2022 as the President of the Republic of Kenya.
“I met with the Jubilee party members and because of my good work, they asked me to join and work with them, just before I make a decision, they have already started walking around propagating lies that I have ditched UDA, I want to tell them that I am strongly behind William Ruto,” asserted Barasa
