In the government’s efforts to 100% transition of students joining secondary schools parents from Mayanja Kibuke in Kimaeti Sub- County, Bungoma County have been asked to unite and embrace the initiative to grow a generation that will be appealing and admirable education wise.
Speaking with West FM, the Assistant Chief Kibuke Sub Location Ms Bridgit Nanjala Kong’ani says gone are days where education was not valued and its high time every parent has to take an initiative of making sure their children’s education is well taken care of.
Ms Kong’ani says she thanks God for the opportunity granted to her in a period of one and a half years she has served the residents of Kibuke because she has achieved so much including taking needy children to school through the prevailing unity with various stakeholders in the area.
She says through the governments transition they have managed to fundraise for the needy cases and the students are doing well plus making sure their dreams are realized and in safe spheres of life.
Despite the prevailing challenges today the Seventh day of June 2022 she managed to take two needy students whose parents died and had not reported to school. The two reported to Machwele Secondary and Nang’eni Girls.

Ms Kong’ani also urges needy parents to come out clearly seek for help rather than suffer silently and subject their understanding kids to psychological torture.
The courageous Assistant Chief has cautioned youths who may fall prey to being misused by politicians whose self interests are well know that they will not be left untouched. She has insisted on peace among her residents and that they should shun away from indecisive politics that may land them in trouble.
