Residents of Mukhweya are left undecided after KIEMS kit failed to work since 6am until noon nothing has happened and nothing seems to be going on.
Speaking to West Media, one of the IEBC officials in charge of the polling station said it is a technical error but they are working to sort it out hence voters are still queuing patiently waiting to exercise their democratic right.
