Nandi County Deputy Governor Dr. Yulita Mitei has affirmed that the administration is determined to improve the health sector as one of its transformational agenda this being their second and last term of service to the Nandi electorates thus will ensure service delivery to all.
Mitei cited that as a government under the leadership of Governor Stephen Sang is well determined to take Nandi higher by ensuring all the systems tasked to offer crucial services to the public are in good working conditions for increased service delivery.
“As a government, we are keen in making sure all the County systems and health care service unit at large work for continuous service delivery to the people.” She added.
The County is in process of procuring drugs and other important medical equipment to ensure all the health facilities across the County are well equipped.
The Deputy Governor was speaking at Kapsabet County Referral Hospital during an impromptu visit for a fact finding mission to establish the state of health care services at the facility.
There have been complaints among residents on lack of drugs and poor health care services across the health facilities in the region terming it as ailing health care system theferore tasked Sang’s administration to ensure it resolves the problem as soon as possible.
