More ECDE teachers to be recruited in Bungoma County

Governor Kenneth Lusaka has announced that his Administration will be recruiting more ECDE teachers.
Speaking while attending a church service at Lwandanyi Catholic Church, Lusaka emphasized the need to recruit ECDE teachers and construct Model centres that will see improved access to education and conducive learning for the  pre-primary learners.

Lusaka re-affirmed his commitment to support full establishment of Vocational Training Centres (VTCs) across the County.
Governor also announced that he has allocated KSh 4 Million towards the construction of Lwandanyi health center.
He however revealed that all village administrators will undergo training.
Bungoma First Lady Dr. Margaret Makelo on her part, encouraged parents in Bungoma to allow their teenage daughters aged 10-14 to visit health facilities to receive HPV vaccination against Cervical Cancer.
Margaret thanked residents for heeding the call to screen for cancer at County health facilities.
Governor donated 108 Iron sheets and 100 bags of cement in aid of the ongoing construction of the Church.
