Bungoma KNUT branch secretary general Kenneth Ng’ang’a has issued a warning to defilement perpetrators in schools. Recently, cases of rape have been reported in several schools. After the Moi Girls Nairobi school incident, there was a case reported in Moi Girls Kamusinga in Bungoma County then today in the morning there was an unbecoming case where teachers were found in lodgings with two school girls in Kisii.
KNUT officials have declared war against the perpetrators calling on other officials to condemn the vice in solidarity. “The issue of rapists in schools has to be stopped and perpetrators taken account for their behavior” said Ng’ang’a. Ng’ang’a issued the warning during Ng’arisha seminar meeting in Busia.
