A class eight pupil is sitting for his Kenya Certificate of Primary Education at Mudete Police station in Vihiga County after being involved in a robbery incident.
According to the area County Commissioner Ochilo Oyugi, the candidate from Butiti Primary School in Hamisi Sub County is detained at the station and will be arraigned in court after the exams.
The area administrator noted that there are two candidates sitting their examinations in various Hospitals. One of the candidates is from Munzatsi Primary School who fell sick and is seating for her examination at Kakamega Referral Hospital, while the other one from Simbi Primary School is seating for her exams at Garamogi Odinga Teaching and Referral Hospital in Kisumu after delivering.
He said they have put enough measures in place to make sure all the pupils are sitting for the examination.
