Khang’ati thanks Jubilee for parastatal post

Former Kanduyi Constituency Member of parliament Alfred Khang’ati has thanked the Jubilee government for handing him a parastatal post. Addressing members of Bungoma Friends Church, Khang’ati expressed his joy as he thanked all people who have stood with him since the time he lost in the election. He urged those leaders who are still waiting for appointments to be patient.

Khang’ati was appointed as a member of the Lake Victoria North Water Works Development Agency with Joan Maiyo, Manyala Keah, Mediatrice Wangira and Douglas Kiplimo Tanui being chaired by Dr. Julius Kones.

“Today am happy and I thank God, the President of this Republic, his Deputy and Devolution minister Eugene Wamalwa for considering me and giving a chance to serve, on Friday my name was among the names that were in the Kenya gazette to be a board member,” said Alfred Khang’ati. “I thank friends for being with me during this difficult time since I lost election, to those who are still waiting for chances, I urge them to keep on waiting for their day will come too” he added.
