Thousands of Kenyans from different parts of the world have thronged Kasarani stadium in Nairobi awaiting for the inauguration ceremony of the President elect William Ruto.
Azimio La Umoja One Kenya Raila Odinga through a message in media houses has said that he will not attend the inauguration ceremony since he flew outside the country.
He cited malpractice during the electoral process by IEBC and said the Supreme Court did not also follow the law while submitting its ruling after his team petitioned against Ruto’s victory therefore promised to give his direction when back in the country.
Twenty Heads of State are set to attend the function as President Uhuru Kenyatta will be handing over power to the President elect as he will be taking over the mantle as the fifth President of the Republic of Kenya.
Dr. Ruto won in the August 9 polls against his close opponent Raila Odinga.
