COTU General Secretary, Francis Atwoli has been shocked by the idea of Deputy President William Samoei Ruto of asking Ford Kenya Party Leader Moses Masika Wetangula and Musalia Mudavadi of ANC to make sure that they deliver 70% of votes from Western Kenya in Kenya Kwanza.

While addressing residents, students, parents, teachers and Alumni at Friends School Kamusinga in Kimilili constituency during  a fund raiser, Atwoli said that the duo are the reason why Western  will never work together since they refused to be guided on the right path to follow in politics.

“We could be waiting to vote for our own in the 9th August polls, but the two failed us terribly,” said Atwoli.

Atwoli revealed that as Western people, they are waiting to vote in Raila Amolo Odinga as the 5th President of the Republic of Kenya.

Ambassador Nabukwesi who is the Principal Secretary, State Department of University  Education and Research together with Kakamega Woman Rep Elsie Muhanda urged students to put in more efforts in their education to be like the Alumni of Friends School Kamusinga who are holding big positions like Amb. Simon Nabukwesi, Amb. George Masafu of Congo among others.
