Bajaj auto limited has launched a new motorbike model in the market in keeping with its commitment to bring innovative products to its customers, a new Boxer 125cc motorbike in a campaign dubbed ‘Twakuletea Boxer 125cc’.
Speaking during the launch in Bungoma the Company’s Rift valley, Western and Nyanza sales officer Robert Atancha said having brought 150cc and 100cc there was a gap and with the launch of 125cc their customers’ needs will now be sorted.
He said 125cc comes with a strong chassis and boasts of a good consumption level due to its high-tech exhaust which allows the bike to cover more mileage with less fuel. The Boxer 125cc will retail at Kshs. 102,990.
“The popularity of the motorbike in Kenya has greatly increased over the last few years with more people, old and young alike, developing an interest that is translating to sales, the great thing about the Boxer is that it is changing lives, where young people are making a living through this affordable and convenient product,” he added.
The campaign also aims at promoting road safety in Kenya with regard to boda boda riders, as it encourages them to take safety seriously by taking training lessons before embarking on riding the motorbikes for the safety of both their passengers and themselves.
He further assured the customers of getting spare parts conveniently at their authorised dealers saying they are free to also consult them if any query arises.
