Bungoma Governor Kenneth Lusaka has implored President William Ruto to remain focused on reviving the Kenyan economy, expressing optimism amidst current challenges.
Speaking at an interdenominational prayer gathering graced by President William Ruto in Machakus, Busia, Governor Lusaka acknowledged the hardships facing the nation, but emphasized his belief in a brighter future.
“We are facing challenges, no doubt,” he stated, “but with dedication and collaboration, we can overcome them.”
Governor Lusaka urged all elected leaders to join forces in supporting President Ruto’s economic revitalization efforts.
He stressed the detrimental nature of divisiveness, declaring, “Fighting the government benefits no one. We must work together for the sake of our nation.”
The function was attended by among others the Prime Cabinet Secretary, Musalia Mudavadi, National Assembly Speaker Rt.Hon.Dr Moses Wetang’ula, Cabinet Secretaries, host Governor, H.E Dr Paul Otuoma (Busia),MPs, MCAs among others.
