The commissioning of the Last Mile Connectivity is set to bring a wave of transformation, extending the reach of electricity to even more villages and households, ensuring that many residents who have long been underserved are now connected to the national grid. This much-needed initiative will brighten the lives of many and enhance opportunities for education, business, and overall quality of life.
In addition to this, a major boost for education and infrastructure is on the horizon with the proposed Ksh. 40 million allocation for the construction and operationalization of Magemo Technical Training Institute (TTI) by the President.This will fast-track the development of an institution that promises to equip young people with vital skills for the workforce, contributing to the economic empowerment of the constituency.
As the constituency continues to grow, addressing transportation and communication challenges remains a priority. The Misikhu-Brigadier and Lugulu-Makuselwa roads, which have long been a source of concern for residents. Once done, these roads will permanently solve long-standing transport issues, providing smoother connections for residents and fostering better communication within and outside the constituency.
