Former Teso South member of parliament Mary Emaase has urged county assemblies that have already received the BBI report from the Interim Electoral and Bounderies Commission (IEBC) to ensure that the public is sensitized fully on the contents of the report before subjecting it to the referendum.
Speaking at a funeral in Machakus village in Teso South Sub County, Emaase who seemed to be opposing any constitutional amendments asked area residents to support deputy president William Ruto’s quest to succeed president Uhuru Kenyatta when his time expires in 2022.
