Friends and relatives are sending their condolence messages to Trans Nzoia woman representative Janet Nangabo following the sudden death of her father Moses Wefwafwa on Monday.
At the home of the late Wefwafwa, in Wanyika village, Sikhendu ward in Trans Nzoia, the family led by the deceased’s sister Deborah Nasambu, his elder son George Wefwafwa and his wife Jessicah Wefwafwa eulogized him as a God fearing, prominent farmer who was also a firm disciplinarian who made sure the family achieved the best possible. His wife said he died without making known any health complaints, saying his demise shocked her.
“My husband took good care of me, he provided for me and also took great care of my family. I’m left in awe as I think of what has befallen me,” she said, sobbing.
The eldest son George Wefwafwa explained how their father brought them up as God-fearing children as well as taking them to good schools to get proper education and taught them how to be good farmers
“Our father made sure that we get the best education as well as giving us Biblical guidance since he was a pastor in a Friends Quakers church, which we uphold in our lives to date,” said George. The family have urged leaders and residents to desist from any political utterances regarding the loss.
