Bungoma Governor Kenneth Lusaka has called on young graduates to embrace creativity and resilience as they enter the competitive job market. Speaking at the 9th graduation ceremony of Kibabii University, Lusaka highlighted the pivotal role of innovation, technology, and determination in creating opportunities and driving socioeconomic growth.

The governor praised a recent collaboration with the Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA), which has improved water supply to the university and surrounding areas. He also announced plans to allocate additional land in Kopsiro and Sang’alo for the university’s expansion, ensuring it has the space to accommodate more students and expand its academic offerings.
“We are working on finalizing arrangements to give the university the room it needs to grow,” Lusaka revealed, emphasizing his administration’s commitment to fostering innovation, entrepreneurship, and sustainable development in the education sector.
