Kitutu chache Mp Richard Onyonka has condemned the politics that’s taking shape in the county that’s based on hustler and dynasty. He claimed that if the trend is allowed to go on then the narrative will likely set upon those leaders as well as residents who toiled hard to acquire their hard earned income against those citizens who didn’t participate in working hard to own properties.
Several leaders within are crisscrossing the country with the narrative hustlers against the dynasty as a medium of endearing themselves to the locals the narrative that’s gaining popularity amongst the have nots against the haves. Deputy president William Ruto together with some politicians supporting his presidential bid in 2022 have come up with the narrative of hustler nation which implies they were the sons and daughters of peasants who should get to the top of the leadership pitying some leaders who are from wealth families that they claim had one day and up to date are in power.
Kitutu chache Mp who doubles up as deputy party leader of Ford Kenya Richard Onyonka claims if this kind of politics is not checked, it can plunge the country in chaos pitying the haves and have-nots war which he claims might be hard to end that kind of war. Onyonka claims that the leaders using the narrative most of them are not poor as they have made the public to believe, claiming most of them are billionaires and are only capitalizing on the public’s lack of information concerning their status in the community in deceiving them they were on same level with them.
Onyonka noted that it’s a time bomb that will explode soon if the narrative is not checked claiming even the preachers of hustler vs. Dynasty will not be spared as the public will in the end understand their economic status that will make the public even attack them. “I want the public to do research on these politicians who are calling themselves hustlers, are they hustlers really ? Some of them own several hotels, aero planes, big chunks of land how could such a leader call himself a hustler?”…Paused Onyonka.
He warned such politicians against using the terms claiming they were digging a grave that will swallow them in near future without them knowing and instead appealed to them to explain their policies they have for mwananchi after being elected, what they can do better for the public to improve their way of livelihoods instead of setting against them.
On his part kwanza Mp Ferdinand Wanyonyi has condemned politicians machinations of using youths to cause havoc in public functions claiming if the trend is not checked it can result in fighting amongst the same youths. Wanyonyi condemned the recent incident during the funeral at Lugulu. Kiminini Mp Dr Chris Wamalwa was heckled by youths that he claimed were funded by several politicians to embarrass him claiming it was a big shame for leaders who took part in that process.
“We as leaders need to be good ambassadors of peace and show good example to the youth, the kind of embarrassment by several leaders who hired youths to heckle Kiminini Mp Dr. Chris Wamalwa was wrong and need to be condemned by every right thinking leader”. said Wanyonyi. Kwanza Mp claimed the kind of politics being peddled by some leaders using youths in attacking their opponents through heckling was outdated and barbaric calling upon all leaders to instead sale their policies to the public peacefully without division being used by goons’ behavior .
