Speaking in Mukhe village in Webuye West Sub County, Bungoma County, Ruto said as the Deputy President of the Republic of Kenya, he knows the system and deep-state hence no one can rig his votes.
DP Ruto said Kenyans don’t want a powerful President but a President who is a servant leader to them, saying constitutional amendment changes can’t be a priority at this stage.
