Prof Magoha confirmed that the reopening of schools will majorly be based on stakeholders’ views among them health officers.
He appreciated efforts by the CDF, politicians and non-governmental organizations that have ensured that most schools in the country have access to clean water through donating water tanks and even digging boreholes.
