Kenyans have been urged to cooperate with the enumerators and supervisors during the census exercise that will take place on August 24th and 25th. Addressing mourners during the burial of Alex Munyasa Waudo, the husband to Mary Atieno, a member of Nchete West FM Salaams club in Siyenga, Navakholo in Kakamega County. Nambacha assistant chief Everlyne Musi said maximum cooperation will be required for the exercise to be a success, “I urge you all to give an easy time to the officials who will be coming to your houses for the required data,” she said.
Kakamega flying umbrella chairperson Chris Nyongesa appreciated all fans from the County who made it to condole with one of their own. Further, he thanked West FM for supporting the fans whenever they needed help, “Your bringing us together is a great show, it is my prayer that we continue with this unity,” he said.
On her part, Mary Atieno expressed her contentment to West Media fraternity for supporting her during a tough period. The late Waudo was eulogized as a peace lover, educationist. West Media was represented by Mike Maliba, Samuel Munai, and Victoriah Nang’oni who lauded West Media fans for the support they’ve maintained.
