Friends, family and politicians on Thursday converged at the home of the late Recho Nabututu Wakhungu at Siuna village, Saboti sub county, Trans Nzoia, where locals were urged to continue observing Covid-19 prevention guidelines. At the funeral, the family led by the elder son Chris Wakhungu eulogized their mother as the most hard working lady especially when it came to matters of agriculture.

Several leaders who attended the function include Kiminini MP Dr Chris Wamalwa and Trans Nzoia nominated MCA Rodgers Barasa. MP Wamalwa cautioned County residents against ignoring the Covid-19 health directives.
