Emgwen Member of Parliament Alex Kosgey has urged the Schools’ Project Management Committees to ensure funds set aside for the projects are utilised well to the last coin. Kosgey insisted that those who will squander the money will be held responsible.
He gave out cheques worth Kshs 1.2 million to primary schools in his constituency meant for the completion of the remaining school projects before next term.
He added that construction of modern classes in Emgwen constituency has been accomplished.
The MP clarified that his constituency consists of 230 primary and secondary schools which have undergone development and the Community Development Fund during the second term will focus on the construction of administration offices and bursaries.
Above all, the Kosgey asked the constituency residents to vote for him during the nomination exercise so that he can continue with his service to them.
