The outgoing County commissioner for Nandi Mr Olaka Kutswa has officially handed over the office to the new incoming commissioner from Bomet George Emoding in a brief handover at the County commissioner’s office.
Kutswa who is moving to Kilifi county to serve in the same position, warmly welcomed the new commissioner Omoding to take over urging the administration to accord him the necessary support, the way he was accorded and work together as a team.
He appreciated the support he was given while working in Nandi saying he enjoyed working in the region and that the new commissioner will also enjoy it given that people are very cooperative and the region is peaceful. The handover event was attended by departmental heads of different departments who urged the incoming commissioner to feel at home and count fully on their support. Omoding thanked the team for a cordial reception he received adding that he will serve the people of Nandi diligently and with humility.
