A group of leaders in Webuye has urged women to take a proactive role in enhancing their societal status by prioritizing their children’s education and improving their financial circumstances.
Speaking at a Community-Based Organization (CBO) event in Milo, Webuye West, Inua Ai CEO Humphrey Muchuma emphasized that societal empowerment is essential for eradicating poverty and achieving new heights of success.
Muchuma highlighted the importance of supporting vulnerable populations and youth initiatives, which are vital for creating employment opportunities and stimulating economic growth. 
His remarks resonated with the hundreds of women in attendance, many of whom have benefited from initiatives providing goats and cash to support their businesses.
The event not only underscored the critical role women play in community development but also served as a platform for collaboration and support among local leaders and residents. According to Muchuma, empowering women through education and financial stability is key to building a brighter future for all.
