The Kenya Volleyball Federation (KVF) women’s league Most Valuable Player (MVP) Pamela Adhiambo has been dropped from Malkia Strikers’ squad that will represent Kenya in this year’s African Cup of Nations challenge in Cameroon.
Kenya Defense Forces’ player Esther Mutinda, Veronica Kilabat who made the World Championships team last time and upcoming libero Delphine Misoki have also failed to make the team.
The players selected for the task includes setters Emmaculate Nekesa – KCB, Rose Magoi – Pipeline, opposite players Sharon Chumba – Aris Thessaloniki, Greece, Loice Simiyu – Pipeline, Left attackers Moim Mercy – KCB, Veronica Adhiambo – Tarsus Belediyespor, Turkey Juliana Namutira – KCB , Leonida Kasaya – Pipeline, Jemimah Siango – DCI and Yvone Wavinya – Prisons
Other players include Agripina Kundu – Pipeline, middle blockers Edith Wisah – KCB, Belinda Barasa – KCB, Lorine Chebet – Prisons, Gladys Ekaru – Pipeline and Trizah Atuka – Pipeline.
