A man was arraigned at Vihiga law Courts for sodomizing a 12 year old boy in Vihiga.
Elijah Khelwa a teacher at Hambale Primary School in Vihiga Sub County is said to have sodomized the boy who is a standard seven pupil at the same School on 9th this month.
The accused denied the allegations in front of Vihiga Resident Magistrate Willy Cheriyot.
He was released on a bond of Ksh 100,000 and a surerity of the same amount.
The case will be mentioned on 1st June, and the hearing of the case will be on 30th July.
