Kakamega County government Chief of Staff, Mr. Nabii Nabwera condemned the incident and at the same time asked security agents in the county to beef up security at Marakusi village which has witnessed a spate of criminal activities in the last three consecutive weeks.

“We cannot just sit back and watch this state of lawlessness go on, it high time security officers led by the county commissioner stopped engaging in politics by following politicians everywhere and ensured there is maximum security with the county,” said Nabii.
