The Moyo Mulayi and Mulembe Salaams Clubs have been launched at Kamukuywa ward, Kimilili constituency in Bungoma County. West FM fans turned up in large numbers for the occasion. West Media fans have been urged to join registered Salaams Clubs, as this will enable them to tackle challenges ie poverty together. This was stated by Gavana Edu, the chairperson of the Bungoma All in One Umbrella.
He further lauded the fans for joining the West Media Clubs, saying they’ll benefit from the ongoing projects. He thanked and welcomed the new Salaams Clubs in the Umbrella and assured them of total support in the projects they are initiating, “I want to promise you that we shall work closely with you to ensure that your dreams are achieved,” he said. The chairperson further thanked West Media for being close to the fans and called for a continuation of love and unity.
The chairpersons of the new Salaams Clubs expressed their joy and promised to work together with the already existing groups. West Media was represented by Mike Kaguongo and Victoria Nang’oni, who thanked the fans for being loyal and supportive to West Media. They urged them to maintain unity. Moyo Mulayi Salaams Club has 56 members and Mulembe Salaams Club has 30 members.
