Amani National Congress (ANC) Party leader Musalia Mudavadi has assured foreign investors that Kenya is stable and secure for investment despite economic mismanagement by the Jubilee government.
Mudavadi encouraged investors not to fear investing in the country because NASA is poised to take over in a few months to streamline the bottlenecks that deter foreign investment.
“Despite poor policing on the ease of doing business, Kenya is still the business hub and gateway to East and Central African market of 200 million people,” he said.
The ANC leader was addressing a delegation of investors from Mumbai, India who visited him in his office.
The delegation wanted to know the ease of doing business in Kenya under the prevailing political environment.
Mudavadi assured the delegation that NASA is eager to welcome investment that will create employment to close the ballooning youth unemployment.
“NASA has a tested leadership with multiple talents, capacities and experience in running government. It is interested more in investment with quick gains in terms tackling youth unemployment,” he said.
