Nandi Governor Stephen Sang along with other leaders from the region have led residents in celebrating the Supreme Court verdict of upholding Ruto’s victory as the President elect.
Sang together with Emgwen Member of Parliament elect Hon Josees Lelmengit along with other leaders including the elect Members of the County Assembly took to the streets of Kapsabet and its environs to celebrate the victory saying it is finally home.
Addressing the public in Kapsabet, the duo lauded the Supreme Court ruling adding that indeed Ruto is a man of God who has always stood firm in his spiritual matters thus God’s timing is the best.
“We want to thank God for seeing our President elect Dr. Ruto all through his political ambitions and we can say truly that we have really concurred the devil. Indeed God is good all the time and cannot forsake you.”They said.
They have asked the Azimio side to join hands together with the Kenya Kwanza and take Kenya forward adding that in every competition there must be a winner and a loser therefore life must continue.
