Nigerian super star to feature in a Kenyan movie
Popular Nigerian movie actor Mike Ezuruonye will be starring in a movie alongside Juliet Achieng, the Miss Kenya 2004 star. The movie is scheduled to be cast come April this year.
The casting crew will be coming from the two countries and will be shot partly in Kenya and in Nigeria.
Mike Ezuruonye, the Nigerian superstar arrived in the country last week and is expected to be around throughout April as he is part of the production team that is planning the new movie.
Sources say the movie is a cooperation between the Nigerian star company along with that owned by Achieng.
On Friday Mike met with His Excellency Governor Kidero the Nairobi Governor.
Mike Ezuruonye will be playing a naive Nigerian man who suffers cross-culture stigma when he first comes to Kenya. He will star as a young man with a mistaken identity.
Achieng on the other hand, will acts as a spoilt young girl and gang leader. Essentially, a thug.
Desmond Elliot, also another Nollywood actor and director has been shooting a 300 episode series in Nairobi ‘Santalal’ which is know aired in one of the Kenyan Television channels.
It’s evident that Nigerians are in love with Kenya that’s why some Kenya artist are striving to collaborate with them in their music, a recent example being Akothee who featured Mr. Flavor in her latest song “Give it to me.”

Morgan Heritage is also another famous artist from Jamaica who recently revealed that they were buying land in Naivasha and houses in Nairobi.
