Nzoia united on premier league promotion push
Nzoia united started their SportPesa premier league promotion campaign on a high note after missing to join the league last season due to the reduction of the number of teams to be promoted.
They have now doubled their effort in the National Super League formerly known as FKF premier league.
On Wednesday 23rd Nzoia united hammered Agrochemicals Fc one nil to carry home victory at the backyard of Chemilil Complex.
Nzoia united displayed a very entertaining football with sure passes that ensured they over power their opponents in search of the national super league title at the end of the season.

Nzoia scored an early goal that ensure they secure three points after the elapse of 90 minutes.
“We scored an early goal and normally when you convert your first chance you set yourselves up for a good result. Agro Chemicals have a good team and they really pushed us but my boys did their best to hold onto the lead,” the head coach Benard Mwalala said.
This was a second win for Nzoia united who are based in Bungoma country under the Nzoia sugar factory, hence being placed second on the table standings of the super league. Nzoia united had started their promotion campaign early by beating west Kenya three goals to nil.
In another play off at Sudi Stadium west Kenya Fc were humiliated by a two nil loss in the hands of talented Talanta Fc Players. Relegated KCB got their first win after hammering modern coast rangers 3-2 , at the same time Nakuru all stars registered a barren draw against Palos Fc.

The Nzoia united team are set to welcome Nakumatt Fc come Sunday at Sudi stadium to spice up their search for promotion at the end of the season.
Kariobangi sharks will play KCB to try and maintain the lead of the table standings.
They are now top with six points after playing two matches, Nzoia united are second with six points too separated by goals difference. Nairobi Stima is third, Vihiga united fourth with Palos Fc closing top five.
