Political leaders from across the Nation have been urged to burry their differences and come together as a family to unite the Nation for the betterment of Kenyans at large. Speaking during Mavuno celebrations at St Francis Cheptarit Catholic Church in Chesumei constituency Nandi county, the cabinet secretary Faridah Karoney along with leaders from Nandi asked the political leaders from across the nation to iron out their differences and unite together to make Kenya a better place.
“I urge all the political leaders from across the nation to end their political differences irrespective of where they come from and unite the nation” Cs Karoney said. She added that Kenya needs peace for development and prosperity and leaders should be in the forefront as an example to spearhead the peaceful co-existence of all Kenyans.
On the other hand Nandi governor Stephen Sang and senator Samson Cherargey together with Chesumei member of parliament Hon Wilson Kogo flanked the CS sentiments on importance of maintaining peace and unity as leaders thus urging the political arena to consider unity prevails all through for a better Kenya.
They revealed that they are in support of the Deputy president William Ruto as the Kalenjin spokesperson and will rally behind him ahead of 2022 polls adding that he has been transforming peoples’ lives especially the likes of the Wanjiku’s through empowerment programs that has helped them put food on their tables.
