It was pomp and colour in various primary schools in Busia County as they celebrated impeccable Kenya Certificate of Primary Education Results that were announced Monday by Education Cabinet Secretary Prof. George Magoha.
Kwerula Roche Esther from St. Teresa’s girls primary is Busia’s top pupil with 423 marks. Others who scored more than 400 marks include Lesley Makokha 417, Ephraim Wandera 414 and Derick Prince 411 all from Ebenezer academy.
A top pupil in St. Michael Malaba Primary school in Teso North Sub County managed 407 marks whereas Silas Juma Bwire of Kolanya Boys boarding primary scored 405 points.
Carren Joy Ochola of St. Teresa Chakol primary scored 400 marks.
