Tindiret National Government Constituency Development Fund (NGCDF) office led by the area Member of Parliament Hon. Julius Melly has officially handed over to the Judiciary a Law Court building to serve as Tindiret Law Courts.
Receiving the facility officially, the Chief Registrar of the Judiciary Ann Amadi lauded the efforts and strides made by the CDF office in constructing the facility saying the Judiciary will work together in partnership with the CDF office to ensure it commences its operations as soon as possible.
Amadi said that once the Law Court becomes operational, residents will be relieved of travelling long distances to seek for justice as the court will bring services closer to the people of Tindiret.
“This will go a long way in ensuring that justice is brought closer to the people of Tindiret” Amadi affirmed.
She has asked the area MP through his office to see that the building gets the furniture and other important elements as the Judiciary plans on how to equip it and employ personnel to start off, saying if they will wait for Judiciary to do everything, it might take too long thus CDF Tindiret can still chip in to assist.
Amadi added that area residents will be given priority in employment when the right time comes thus asked them not to worry much.
On the other hand, the area MP Hon. Julius Melly thanked the Judiciary for accepting the facility to be used as a Law Court saying Tindiret Constituency is the first Sub-County to have a Law Court and that is a great milestone for Tindiret at large.
Melly said the facility was build using the CDF funding and donations from the residents and are very privileged as Tindiret residents to have the very first Law Court in the region.
“We will continue to partner with the Judiciary and what am asking is employment of our youths to be given priority to serve in this court,” Melly added.
Area residents were very glad and appreciative for their area MP for the project thus they unanimously agreed to support him in his bid to defend his seat for the third time.
