Trans Nzoia County fans have been urged to join registered West Media Salaams Clubs so that they can benefit in the developments initiated by the groups and can easily get trade loans from the County and national governments.
This was the message during the launch of 5 West Fm Salaams Clubs at St. Paul’s Secondary School in Sinoko, Cherangany constituency in Trans Nzoia County where Silas Omanyo Trans Nzoia Umbrella Chairman thanked all fans who turned up for the launch as he also appreciated the new groups for making a wise decision of joining the Umbrella and assured them that they will not regret.
“I take this opportunity to thank you for turning up in large numbers to come and witness this historical inauguration of these salaams clubs in Cherengany”, posed Omanyo.
“We were here with our presenters during the launch of Sinoko Marafiki Salaams club and we are back in the same ceremony and today receiving 5 groups, this is awesome! My sincere gratitude goes to Sinoko Marafiki Salaams club for giving birth to all these members,” he added
“To the new members you are at a good place, welcome and let us join hands to fight poverty by involving yourselves in the projects that are being instigated by our umbrella like Merry go round,” he stated
West Media was represented by Nebert Wafula, Joyce Ndakwe, Mike Musikoyo and Victoriah Nang’oni who informed fans on the need of having NHIF cards, applauded their unity for it is only coming together that they can do away with poverty in the society, appreciated fans for being supportive to the company, thanked them for choosing West Media and urged them also to take their children to Vocational Training Centres so that they may do hands-on-courses that will enable them be self employed.
Five Salaams Clubs that were launched include; Mkombozi that has 100 members, Ex – Gallan which has 50 members, Matendo has 50 members, Nzoia Tunen 60 members and Bahari Jasho that has 50 members.
