The United Democratic Alliance (UDA) party nominations for constituency level is ongoing well in Nandi hills constituency.
This is according to Nandi Nandi hills constituency returning officer Mr. Cosmas Tuwei who confirmed the smooth kick off of the exercise and urged Nandi hills electorates to turn up in large numbers to vote for their best leaders.
The exercise which was supposed to be conducted last week during UDA primaries countrywide was postponed to today Tuesday, 19th April due to the demise of one of the parliamentary aspiring candidate the late Wesley Kogo in a road accident who was buried last Saturday in his Taito home.
Security has been beefed up in all the hundred polling centers and the exercise is going on smoothly with many electorates turning up for the exercise.
Nandi hills constituency has a total of 51,393 registered voters as per the IEBC register of 2017.
It also has four wards of Chepkunyuk, Olessos, Kapchorwa and Kapsimotwo respectively.
