Police officers in Vihiga County have launched an investigation into the death of Ikumba Secondary School teacher in Vihiga Sub County. According to Vihiga Police boss, Justine Nyagah the teacher aged 47 years was found this morning lying dead in his house at Majengo by neighbours.
He said according to the information they have gathered from the neighbours the deceased arrived at around 11 pm last night. “Am told the teacher arrived late at night and went straight to bed, but his neighbours found him dead when they realized his door remained closed for a very long time,” Nyagah said.
He said they have launched an investigation to found out what might have caused his death. “We have working on uncovering what might have caused his death, and we are calling on the locals to help complete our investigation,” he said.
