The Deputy President designate Hon. Rigathi Gachagua has asked Nandi residents and Kenyans at large to consider voting for change in the coming August polls.
Speaking in Nandi County on Saturday during the Bottom Up Economic forum, Gachagua who led the campaigns in the region urged locals to vote for change by voting in Deputy President William Ruto as the President of the Republic of Kenya who termed him as a leader of real change.
Gachagua with other Kenya Kwanza leaders; Elgeiyo Marakwet Senator Kipchumba Murkomen, Nandi Senator Samson Cherargey and Governor Stephen Sang among others vowed to rally behind Ruto in search of votes to ensure he clinches the Presidential seat.
“There is a better tomorrow in electing good leaders and I urge you Nandi residents to vote for Ruto in August for change,” Gachagua insisted.
The team decried high costs of living which has made life more difficult for the ordinary mwananchi blaming Uhuru-Raila handshake which to them has brought a lot of misfortunes to Kenyans at large.
The Bottom Up Economic forum held at Kapsabet showground was meant to take views from the public and Nandi locals on the economic challenges and how to address such issues.
