A section of lawyers at the Lee Funeral Home are waiting for the removal of former IEBC Chair Wafula Chebukati’s body and the subsequent procession to the CITAM Church in Karen for a requiem mass, ahead of his burial at Kiminini Sabata Farm.
The body will be transported to Kitale on Thursday, March 6, 2025, for another funeral mass to be held on Friday, March 7, 2025, before his final resting place at his home in Kiminini.
The former IEBC Chair passed away on March 21, 2025, at a Nairobi hospital following a long illness.
