The hearing of the case pertaining the ballot papers printing tender, that was given to Dubai-based firm Al Ghurair has been postponed by the Court to Friday. The case was filed by NASA, who are seeking the cancellation of the tender.

The three-Judge Bench comprising of Judge George Odunga, Judge Joel Ngugi and Judge Joseph Mativo, who were appointed by the Chief Justice David Maraga, came up with the decision.

While giving the final statement Judge Ngugi said that they arrived at the decision because the interested parties failed to submit their applications within the stipulated time. He gave directives to the interested parties, regarding the case hearings, stating that they should file and serve their applications by the end of tomorrow and that all parties should send their written submissions in soft copy.

The interested parties include Al Ghurair Printing and Publishing Company, Jubilee party, the Attorney General, Ekuru Aukot of Thirdway Alliance, and Samuel Waweru.
